Cash & Prize Official Rules

How to enter/winner selection:

All brides who register at www.crystalcoastweddingexpo.com or at the door on Saturday, January 18, 2025 by 3:30pm are eligible to win. When you check in at the Wedding Expo on Saturday at the Crystal Coast Civic Center, 3505 Arendell Street, Morehead City, NC will be given a Vendor Map for the expo. The map must be signed off by each vendor and filled out completely, then turned in to the registration table. You must be present to win. The three Cash Giveaways and door prizes will be awarded 3:45 pm and announced at the event. Each of the three Cash Give aways will be awarded to a single registered guest. Only one winner per registered guests. The winner will be presented with the 2025 Crystal Coast Wedding Expo vendors list. The winner can use one or more of the 2025 Expo Vendors of their choice spending up to $500. As the winner contacts the vendors of their choice, they are to contact the Crystal Coast Wedding Professionals Collective and provide their choice of vendor(s) selected. It will be up to the winner to inform the Coast Wedding Professionals Collective Representative of each vendor they choose and the value of the invoice to be paid. Total estimated value of grand prize is $500.00 to each of the three winners.

Eligibility: This giveaway is open to all legal residents and must be redeemed by MARCH 31, 2025. Employees of the Crystal Coast Wedding Professionals Collective and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, suppliers, and advertising, promotional or judging agencies and immediate families of such employees (parents, child, sibling, spouse) and person living at same household address of such employees (whether related or not) are not eligible to win. The winner must be at least 18 years old on or before Sunday, January 18, 2025 to be eligible. General: No substitutions of prize are offered, no transfer of prize to third party is permitted and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. The prize winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of prize and will be solely responsible for paying all applicable federal and state and local taxes on prize; if applicable winner. No groups, clubs or organizations may enter or win prizes. All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Crystal Coast Wedding & Event Expo and Crystal Coast Wedding Professionals Collective which shall be final and binding. Any changes to the rules are at the sole discretion of the Crystal Coast Wedding & Event Expo and Crystal Coast Wedding Professionals Collective. Winner Notification: All qualified potential winner(s) must be present at the Crystal Coast Wedding & Event Expo at 3:45 pm on Saturday, January 18, 2025 to be eligible to win the any of the cash prizes or door prizes. The cash prizes will be awarded at 3:45pm on Saturday, January 18, 2025. Cash Prize winners will be required to sign and return the sponsor and affidavit/Liability release with (where lawful) a publicity release at the time the prize is awarded. If the required documents are not signed, then the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Release of liability: All entrants , as a condition of participation, and all winners, by acceptance of prize, agree to release Crystal Coast Wedding & Event Expo and Crystal Coast Wedding Professionals Collective each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional or judging agencies from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or travel to and from any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in the printing of these Official Rules for the offering or announcement of any prize. Neither Crystal Coast Wedding & Event Expo and Crystal Coast Wedding Professionals Collective make any representations nor warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, performance, or safety of any prize awarded. Upon request, winners must consent (and confirm such consent in writing) the use of their name, voice, picture or other likeness without compensation for promotional purposes as determined by Crystal Coast Wedding & Event Expo and Crystal Coast Wedding Professionals Collective , except where prohibited by law.
